Hi! First of all, thanks for looking at my site and secondly, thanks for clicking on 'about me'!. Well, my name is Ruth and I live in Lincolnshire, England. I'm 20 years old and I began learning Turkish about 2 years ago and set up this site to help other people to learn about this amazing language. I find Turkey, the Turkish culture and the Turkish people extremely interesting and really do feel at home when in Turkey, sometimes I think I was born the wrong nationality!
I hope you will find this site useful, don't forget to try the 'Test Yourself' sections as practice makes perfect!.

If you have any questions about me or this site or simply want to chat, feel free to e-mail me at learn-turkish@hotmail.com, or add me to msn, i will reply to any messages! You can also post a message on the forum and I will reply to it there.

I'm sure you will enjoy learning Turkish - and get some fantastic reactions from Turkish people when you speak to them, most of them will be very flattered and pleased that you made the effort to learn their language!
